Refund Policy
Paid downloads are reviewed case by case, especially when a photo is rejected after you followed the preview guidance.

Refund window
New paid photo downloads are eligible for review within 30 days of payment. Refunds are processed through the original payment flow when approved.
Eligibility
- The request is made in good faith within the refund window.
- The paid final photo was rejected after you followed the visible preview report and official-source guidance.
- The purchase has not already been refunded or charged back.
How to request a refund
Email support@photogov.app with the checkout email, purchase date, document type, rejection context, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
After a refund
Your paid download access may be canceled after the refund is processed. Your payment provider controls settlement timing.
